Any Pisces here? This is your Esper! (& the Ice-Element one, no doubt)

Here's where things get rather interesting...

Some of the Espers in FFXII are based on major villains of past Final Fantasy games (main villains from I~VIII)...AND I should have mentioned that the version of Famfrit found in Revenant Wings is based on the Cloud of Darkness from FFIII.

He is based on Emperor Mateus of Palamecia, main antagonist of FFII...

One other interesting thing for those who don't know (Or can't read the small text) is that the blue-skinned person you see in the armor is actually an Ice Goddess (Not Shiva, I assure you) captured and bound to the armor, which is Mateus himself.
